Where did these little guys come from?

My husband was cleaning the pool the other day and when he was emptying out the skimmer look what was inside! Two baby turtles. Aren't they cute? I have no idea where they came from but I have to wonder if we will find more . . . don't turtles lay bunches of eggs???
